55 x 5 (6) = 30

Remarks
Sharp pain top of neck (back pain?) felt weird during Zercher squats. Maybe i should discontinue Zercher's and start back squats or unilateral work

Level 15 (142 lbs?) x 5 (6) = 30

Hammer Curls
45 x 5 (6) = 30

Remarks
Excessive groaning during hammer curls lead to hoarse throat

Level 14 (133 lbs?) x 5 (7) = 35

Hammer Curls
40 x 5 (7) = 35

Remarks
Everything needs to go up 5 lbs

Set A

Set B
Barbell Curls
70 x 5 (7) = 35

Triceps from floor
50 x 5 (7) = 35

Remarks
Squats + Chinups left me light headed / dizzy / head hurts like always. Could'nt beat last times record.

Set B was still pretty easy, even though i was up from last time, need to move to 75 + 55 for next time.
