Set A
Zercher Squat
35 x 5 (7) = 33

Chin Ups
BW x 5 (7) = 33

Set B
Barbell Curls
75 x 5 (6) = 30

Triceps from floor
55 x 5 (6) = 30

Remarks
Sharp pain top of neck (back pain?) felt weird during Zercher squats. Maybe i should discontinue Zercher's and start back squats or unilateral work
