Todays Work Out

Set A
Zercher Squat
35 x 5 (6) = 30

Chin Ups
BW x 5 (6) = 30

Set B
Barbell Curls
70 x 5 (7) = 35

Triceps from floor
50 x 5 (7) = 35

Remarks
Squats + Chinups left me light headed / dizzy / head hurts like always. Could'nt beat last times record.

Set B was still pretty easy, even though i was up from last time, need to move to 75 + 55 for next time.
